At Eden Grooming we believe the difference between a good groom and an excellent groom is the quality of the products we use. Just like you your dog is an individual and we tailor our bathing and finishing products to the skin and coat requirements of your dog.

We do not have a "one shampoo does all" policy but have an extensive range of premium products sourced for their outstanding performance and their earth friendly credentials at no extra cost to you.

Our bathing and finishing products contain only natural, pesticide free ingredients. They are specifically pH-balanced to be suitable for the skin of a dog and will clean even the filthiest dirty beastie to a squeaky clean shine yet they are so gentle that they do not strip the natural oils from the coat.  So not only are they great for the environment but also fantastic for your dog!

Our finishing products are kind to skin and contain ingredients such as chamomile and aloe to make your dog smell wonderfully cuddly.

Whilst your dog is visiting with us we will ensure that it is provided with a clean, hygenic environment. Towels are used only once and then thoroughly washed in earth friendly products so that they are fresh and soft for our next doggie customer.

Fresh water is always available as are regular toilet breaks in our secure garden or potty walk area.

Our aim is to provide you the customer and your dog with an excellent service and we always welcome your feedback on the quality of our products and customer care. If however, for whatever reason, we do not meet your expectations, please contact us and allow us to put things right. Any complaint will be dealt with in a timely and courteous manner and as members of The Pet Care Trust and the British Dog Groomers' Association, we abide by their code of conduct.
