Difficult Dogs
Dogs do not always like being groomed. Your dog may be happy and contented with you and your family at home or on walks, however being in a new place with unfamilliar smells, sounds and people can be upsetting and occasionally a dog can become agressive. Should this happen we endeavour to work with your dog to make them feel more comfortable and allow time for the dog to quieten. If despite our best efforts, the dog is still very stressed or overly aggressive, we will have no other choice other than to call you to collect your dog for the safety of our staff and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services immediately on any dog that represents a risk of injury to itself or the grooming staff. Owners must advise us prior to grooming if the dog has previously bitten or has agressive tendencies.
